Alarm Permits

Edmonton

Alarm Permits are required in the City of Edmonton for all Security Systems in a home or business.  The Alarm Permit fee is $30, payable directly to the City of Edmonton.  Please note that Alarm Permits are not transferrable between owners. For Updates to your permit, such as a change of Emergency Contacts or a new security provider, a permit application must be completed but no payment is required.

St. Albert

Alarm Permits are required in the City of St. Albert for all Security Systems in a home or business. The Alarm Permit fee is $36, payable directly to the City of St. Albert.Please note that Alarm Permits are not transferrable between owners.For Updates to your permit, such as a change of emergency contacts or a new security provider, a permit application must be completed but no payment is required.

Strathcona County

Alarm Permits are required in Strathcona County for all Security Systems in a home or business. The Alarm Permit fee is $30, payable directly to the County of Strathcona. Please note that Alarm Permits are not transferrable between owners. For updates to your permit, such as a change of emergency contacts or a new security provider, a permit application must be completed but no payment is required.

Calgary

Alarm Permits are required in the City of Calgary for all Security Systems in a home or business. The Annual Alarm Permit fee is $20 for a business and $15 for a residence, payable directly to the City of Calgary. Please note that Alarm Permits are not transferrable between owners. For updates to your permit, such as a change of emergency contacts or a new security provider, a permit application must be completed but no payment is required.

Red Deer

Red Deer requires that an Alarm Permit is completed for all Security Systems in a home or business. Alarm Permit Applications can be picked up from a City Cashier or the RCMP. The Alarm Permit fee is $25, payable to the City of Red Deer. Please note that Alarm System Registration is not transferrable between owners.

Blackfalds

Alarm Permits are required in the Town of Blackfalds for all Security Systems in a home or business. The Annual Alarm Permit fee is $10 for home or business, payable directly to the Town of Blackfalds. Please note that Alarm Permits are not transferrable between owners. For updates to your permit, such as a change of emergency contacts or a new security provider, a permit application must be completed but no payment is required.

Medicine Hat

Medicine Hat requires that an Alarm System Registration is completed for all Security Systems in a home or business. There is no cost associated with a new registration or with updates to an existing registration. Please note that Alarm System Registration is not transferrable between owners.

Lethbridge

Alarm Permits are required in the City of Lethbridge for all Security Systems in a home or business. There is no cost associated with a new registration or with updates to an existing registration. Please note that Alarm Permits are not transferrable between owners.
