Technical Services Coordinator
We are currently looking for a an exceptional, customer focused individual to join our Tech Services Team. As a technical services coordinator, your primary responsibility will be responding to incoming service requests from fellow team member and clients. The technical services coordinator will work with the technical service team to support a successful resolution to all requests by coordinating site visits, providing remote support, or coordinating further investigation. Monitoring Station Operator
TELSCO is currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to work in the rewarding position of monitoring station operator. Duties include answering and directing phone calls, responding to alarm situations, data entry and verification, and client care and support.
