Every time we have needed them for basically anything, they have been their to help. We recently required some help to reconnect the system after a shaw modem change. We have enjoyed being with TELSCO security now for many years. This is our second home that we have entrusted our security to them and have been totally satisfied. We have also used TELSCO in the past for our business security and always felt our business was in safe hands. We recently had Patrick out to upgrade some features on our system and were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The fact that this is a locally owned family business and not off in the US or a different province also makes us feel very secure in the fact that we can reach them almost immediately and have our questions answered professionally.
