My mom’s doctor recommended she needed a medical pendant. Telsco hooked us up so fast, thanks to Kristin, Jacob and Tracy. Now we do not need to worry that she will be alone if she falls or is in medical distress.

I recently had security installed by this company and had an awesome experience. Shout out to Craig, Parth and Emanuel who took the time to make sure everything was done right. Greatly appreciated 🙂

The assistance from Telsco was incredibly fast. I submitted a request to change a name on the account, and Vekhas responded within a few hours, completing the request the same day. I was truly amazed by how quickly it was handled.

We, Boundary Equipment, received exceptional service with the crew from Telsco. Jacob and Chase were knowledgeable, good communicators, quick to answer questions and respected the office building/staff. They made sure that they had cleaned up any mess that they had made after the installation of the security system. We would definitely recommend this company. Thanks again Chase and Jacob for the great service!

Excellent experience recently with a service technician Rav from Telsco, I am very appreciative of his professionalism and courtesy, but also that he took the time to not only effect the servicing of my alarm system, but also provide additional information, in an "easy to understand" manner, for example, showing to me the location and explaining the "use" or purpose, of each sensor, and even noting that I had an "additional" sensor belonging to an old alarm system, which was now redundant.
