We had a recent connectivity issue with one of our home camera's, the Tech " Bobby" got it resolved quickly and spent some time helping us review current equipment. Our Alberta Abilities Lodges Society is a charity that owns Coyote Lake Lodge - a rural nature centre. We cater to all citizens and with a special interest in those who need accessible accommodation like seniors and those with a disability. We have been served by Telsco for ten years. On June 30, Technician Patrick Lai made a visit to service failing sensors and batteries. I appreciated his professionalism and rapid solutions. He will be on my list to contact when we need technical services again.

I've been a Telsco customer for about 3 years. I dealt with Mike for initial consultation. He's very professional and knowledgeable, explained everything in details and most of all no pressure. After couple years I needed an addition to my security and reached out to him again and he was quick to respond and educated me again and the addition was set up quickly.
