I have been a Telsco customer for well over a decade. Their prices and service can't be beat. I recently had to call in about a technical issue that Gordon so graciously helped me with. His knowledge was astounding, he took the time to walk me through all of the details and even went the extra mile to walk me through some additional information that I didn't know that I needed. I will always recommend Telsco to all my friends and family.

Received exceptional customer service from Gordon. He was very helpful in assisting me with trouble shooting a couple of issues we were having with our system over the phone. He was very quick and efficient and even gave me some tips and tricks to watch for if I should have any similar future issues regarding our security panel.

We have been with Telsco since they installed our original alarm system back in 2004. Recently we had our alarm system upgraded by Telsco to include the latest monitoring technology. We are both very happy with the whole process as everything went very smoothly. Both Joeann who quoted the sales upgrade and Duc the system installer were very knowlegdeable and professional.

Telsco is amazing. I feel very safe and secure with this company. Jacob and Rav came out to install some more cameras and an intercom system at my office and they did a wonderful job. They were quick and efficient, friendly and down to earth. In the end they left me with the system that worked and I was satisfied with the results. Would definitely recommend.

We have always been happy with the service provided by Telsco. Our latest tech was Patrick, he troubleshooted a problem for us and went above and beyond to provide great customer service.
