We have been long standing clients of Telsco and there are so many reasons we will continue to be. We needed a timely visit to get our cameras back up. Gordon scheduled us for a "squeeze-in" visit and Bobby stepped up to make it happen today. I suspect this visit threw his day's schedule into a tizzy, but you'd never have known it from his professional and patient demeanour. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was fine before he left. I wanted to leave a review and didn't know how so called the office. Ahmed took my call and patiently walked me through the process. I have to add that this kind of service is TYPICAL not rare. I don't know how competitors can even compete, Telsco is AWESOME! Thank you to all.

After some problems following a power outage, Arshdeep came to make some repairs and was kind enough to note a potential issue. He was very professional and personable, and readily agreed to wear the mask I provided to help me protect vulnerable family members. He completed all the work very efficiently, and I really appreciated his attention to detail. Awesome support, as always!

A technician named Rav came to the house today and did an amazing job! He fixed our front door lock problem and now it's working perfectly! Thank you Rav! Telsco has an amazing team, from customer service to technicians, way better than Telus! Sorry Telus.
