						My family has been served by Telsco for decades in both residential and commercial security. I cannot recommend them enough. I love that they are local and their customer service is always top notch. We recently experienced an event that required troubleshooting at our home. When I called in to get some assistance, they had already created a ticket and were looking for a solution. After some over the phone troubleshooting, an emergency technician was at my house on a Sunday morning to fix and within an hour we were back up and running. Customer service seems to be a dying art these days, but I am always impressed with the service from the local folks at Telsco.
