My recent experience as well as others in the past have been excellent from calling into the company regarding my security issue to booking a service call and having the service rep solve our problem it was seamless. A special shout out and thank you to Trish, and Shayla in the office who are very professional, courteous and to Patrick who fixed our issue extremely quickly. Patrick arrived on time and was professional and courteous as well. Great job and I would highly recommend Telsco for your Security needs.

We recently switched our alarm system to Telsco, and the experience has been excellent. Mike and Stephen walked us through the entire upgrade process, explained everything in detail, and put together a solid quote that fit our needs. Our building is 60,000 sq. ft., so upgrading the system and adding new devices was a big job, but Rutvik and his team handled everything smoothly and professionally. The new system works great, and we especially love the app and online management features, being able to control everything remotely has been a huge plus. We are really happy with the upgrade and the service we received. We are also looking forward to working with Telsco again in the future to upgrade our cameras, add Access Control, and integrate everything into their system. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and modern security solution.

Teresa and Rutvik were fantastic to work with. Teresa did an on-site consultation and was able to capture all my needs. Rutvik went above and beyond to ensure an impeccable execution and reliable and optimal function of the system. The system already prevented a break into my detatched garage. Extremely happy with TELSCO an absolute must have as a homeowner in Edmonton.

I signed up for a Telsco security security system after a break-in at my home in 2022 and I have had zero regrets. I chose Telsco because of their reputation, their being a family-owned local business and because EVERY interaction I had (and continue to have with them) - both in the purchase process and as a customer - has been helpful, informative and honest. I have had a few alarm situations over the years and Telso has been prompt, calm and unfailingly helpful in responding and guiding me through next steps. Also, I am not the most technically inclined person out there but that has been of no consequence either. Gordon, a member of the Telsco Support Team has been, over several calls, absolutely fabulous in helping me to manage my system. He is patient and has done a great job, as needed, of walking me through my system and making adjustments as required. I am a very happy Telsco customer. So very glad I chose this company to give me peace of mind in my home security.
