						My latest service call was a result of an issue with a smoke detector and a camera that did not work after replacing our router. The service was moved to the top priority by Shayla because of security and safety. Matheen arrived as promised and corrected the issues and also replaced basement window bars with window contacts. 						TELSCO installed an alarm system for the non-profit organization that I work for (CNIB) and the installation crew (Jacob and Chase) were wonderful to work with! Jacob and Chase had great communication, kept a clean and safe work area, and ensured I was comfortable with my training on the system before they left. They worked with us on our individual needs as an organization and the service has been remarkable.
