						After researching other security companies we decided to go with Telsco and I’m glad we did. Dealing with some other home service companies, security, internet, tv can be very difficult. Talking to a robot to get to a real person can be a very long wait and very annoying. Then talking to someone in another country can be difficult and confusing. With Telsco I get prompt service from pleasant reception and technical staff. The technicians that installed the new system were very professional and efficient. Thank you Riley and Shamsur! After installation we had a slight problem and Shamsur immediately came back, out of his way, after hours, to our home and quickly fixed the issue. Great service.
