Superior knowledge of the Telsco product- hardware and software and worked with us to find the best solutions for our needs. 						Recently had Telsco take over my alarm from Telus. What a HUGE difference! Finally I can talk to a person vs talking to a bot and can reach someone right away. I had a service call today and Erik came to replace my smoke detectors. He was the one that did the initial take over. He was just wonderful. So helpful and knowledgeable! I am so thankful that we still have local businesses like this that we can work with vs giant corporations that treat you like a number. Would recommend Telsco to anyone looking for an alarm company, and Erik is a tremendous asset to their company 😊
