Every interaction I’ve had with the company over the years, including my recent one to cancel service, has been incredibly efficient and helpful. As technology improved over the years, Teslco was able to come out to update the technology so that I was able to use the app without any problems. For my recent request to cancel service, the person I spoke with was amazing (sadly, I can’t recall her name now). She provided exceptional service and was able to help me coordinate cancellation with the start of service for the new owners of the house. She was a great problem solver and made my experience unfold smoothly. It was one less stressor during my move. I recommended Telsco to the new owners of the house.
