We've been using Telsco for a few years and recently updated the monitoring hardware and program. Jacob and Bruno were right on time, very communicative and patient in training us on the new site and how to navigate the tools. This has been a great experience overall.

Wow, we can't believe we didn't call them first after a bad conversation with another company, Telsco answered all my questions respectfully and we will be using them soon.

A local Edmonton company Telsco has been our security system provider for over 20 years and have top notch products and services. Other companies have tried to solicit our business but they just offer low cost ( for a period of time) solutions then jack the price up after the promotion period and don’t offer the support and service that we have become used to from Telsco. We are replacing all of our outside entry doors and Matthew Barkwell our security representative from Telsco has been great in upgrading our system and our monitoring package while keeping our costs very reasonable.

I have been a very satisfied Telsco customer for several years. The few times I have needed to call(battery replacement, power outage) the folks answering the phone have been extremely helpful in walking me through solutions and I must add, very patient with some one who is not great with technology. When I have needed a house call, the techs have been prompt with their appointment timeand call with updates on their arrival time. Most thoughtful for my schedule. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with their work. Would I recommend Telsco for home security, absolutely! We have been with Telsco for several years. Their original installation was excellent and the Telsco teams were very friendly and easy to work with. Since then we have needed a couple of service calls, most recently in Feb 2026. It has been great to see that their excellent service and friendly staff have extended beyond the original sale.
