I signed up for a Telsco security security system after a break-in at my home in 2022 and I have had zero regrets. I chose Telsco because of their reputation, their being a family-owned local business and because EVERY interaction I had (and continue to have with them) - both in the purchase process and as a customer - has been helpful, informative and honest. I have had a few alarm situations over the years and Telso has been prompt, calm and unfailingly helpful in responding and guiding me through next steps. Also, I am not the most technically inclined person out there but that has been of no consequence either. Gordon, a member of the Telsco Support Team has been, over several calls, absolutely fabulous in helping me to manage my system. He is patient and has done a great job, as needed, of walking me through my system and making adjustments as required. I am a very happy Telsco customer. So very glad I chose this company to give me peace of mind in my home security.

Anytime I have emailed for help or with a request my problem has been addressed without delay. My last request, handled by Vicki, was dealt with in less than 24 hrs. Great service you can always trust. Gordon Wilkinson

Had a power issue with our telsco security system. Matheen from Telsco came out found the issue which was with the transformer. He fixed the issue and was done in 10 minutes. Did a great job. System back and running

TELSCO finished an alarm and camera upgrade at one of my sites today. Jacob and Prahbjeet were amazing and would 100% recommend them. No issues at all.

My latest service call was a result of an issue with a smoke detector and a camera that did not work after replacing our router. The service was moved to the top priority by Shayla because of security and safety. Matheen arrived as promised and corrected the issues and also replaced basement window bars with window contacts.
