Just had my system upgraded, Shamsur and Akash did a great job!

Needed an upgrade on our alarm system and replaced a couple expired smoke detectors. Arshdeep Showed up on time and was extremely polite answering any question I had and got the job done quickly with no mess. Even stayed a little longer to help get our front door lock to work correctly again! Haven’t had any problems with Telsco and would highly recommend! Shout out to Teresa G as well! Thanks

From our first interactions with Kim the sales rep to the install with Parth and Akash, we have been very pleased with the high level of customer service and professional, yet friendly, approach of Telsco. We truly enjoy having one point of contact for any questions or concerns. Parth and Akash showed up on time to install our new system, and spent the better part of a day completing the job. They answered all of our questions throughout the day, and at the end did a thorough walk-through of all aspects of the new system. If our experience to date is any indication, we expect to be with Telsco for a long time.

I had a very positive experience working with the TELSCO staff. From the start with the sales, Dayna was friendly and patient and went the extra mile to help me understand aspects of what they offered and how it works. The installation crew, Alan and Shamsur, we also great. Friendly helpful fellows that were patient and ensured that I was happy with the install. The technology itself is great and I enjoy the aspect of being able to look into our property at any time. The processes that identify a person or car are also great. It saves a bunch of possible notifications due to trees swaying in the wind. I would highly recommend TELSCO if you are looking for a new security system or upgrading a system.

We've been using Telsco for a few years and recently updated the monitoring hardware and program. Jacob and Bruno were right on time, very communicative and patient in training us on the new site and how to navigate the tools. This has been a great experience overall.
