Telsco has been lovely to deal with. Shamsur was our technician installing our system. He was very polite, professional and helpful through the entire install and walked me though everything and adjusted quickly when I changed the plan. Super pleasent experience and would recommend!

We recently updated our alarm system that was going to be a challenge to maintain in the future. Orwa at Telsco reached out to us with a plan and helped us navigate to a much better system that brought us up to date. He was patient with our questions and our decision which we really appreciated! Once we received our installation date we were very pleased to have Heiko our Installation Technician install the necessary upgrades. He was punctual, skilled and very kind and spent the time explaining our new keypads. We're certain Telsco is very pleased with Orwa and Heiko's expertise and knowledge and we are grateful for their efficient service. We have been 20 year customers and have no plans to change.
