We had been using another security company and had a very poor experience: alarms were not being monitored, service was lacking, and parts of the system had not worked from day one. After finally deciding to call Telsco, we noticed a difference immediately. I left a message with the main office and Kim called me back right away. Within two days, she came to our home to assess our needs and explain what Telsco could provide. The quote was reasonable, and the monthly monitoring cost was comparable to what we had been paying. When we had questions, Kim patiently walked us through the details. Once we approved the quote, the installers came within a few weeks to get the system up and running. Chayse and Chintan called before arriving and, once at the house, reviewed everything with me to make sure we were all on the same page. Kim also stopped by shortly after they arrived to ensure everything was going smoothly. The installation was quick, and they were extremely careful with our home and belongings. For example, our house was decorated for Christmas, including a large tree with many fragile glass ornaments. I did not realize they needed access to the electrical outlet behind the tree until after they had left, when I noticed Chayse had managed to reach it without disturbing the tree at all. I cannot say enough good things about Kim, Chayse, Chintan, and everyone else we have spoken with at Telsco. I am also very impressed with the monitoring. On the night of the installation, we had to leave the house, and our dog got out of the crate and triggered the motion detector. I missed the first call, and my husband noticed they were calling but missed it as well. I realized what had happened, disarmed the system, and called them back. Within about three minutes of the alarm going off, they were already calling the third person on our contact list. Since then, whenever we have accidentally triggered the alarm or smoke detector, we have received a call within minutes to check in. I would 100% recommend Telsco to anyone looking for a security system that provides peace of mind and reliable protection.

Telsco Technicians Shamsur and Alan were at my residence for 2 days upgrading my security system. They were professional, patient, on time and very thorough.
