Recently had Telsco take over my alarm from Telus. What a HUGE difference! Finally I can talk to a person vs talking to a bot and can reach someone right away. I had a service call today and Erik came to replace my smoke detectors. He was the one that did the initial take over. He was just wonderful. So helpful and knowledgeable! I am so thankful that we still have local businesses like this that we can work with vs giant corporations that treat you like a number. Would recommend Telsco to anyone looking for an alarm company, and Erik is a tremendous asset to their company 😊

We migrate our system to Telsco and we are really happy with their support. Starting with sales person that customize the system with our personal requirements, the installation tech who did a quick and nice work and help us with the initial tech setup and the quick responses when we called for extra support as a new customers.

TELSCO helped us out by taking over our alarm system set up after our previous provider literally abandoned us.Their rep Guy Chauvet even made a special effort to come by off hours to help us as quickly as possible and in the end we even got the new system ( they added several new features covering all areas we missed and ensuring double detection for speedier police response) faster thanks to a cancellation - and not only is our monthly fee unchanged but we also have much better access through our cellphones.The service team was also very helpful and efficient.VERY PLEASED!

WOW! Posting about Telsco seems weird for me as I have been with them for almost half a century and four residential homes. All my homes have been quiet with no issues other than the occasion time I forget the alarm is on and carelessly open a patio or garage door. An immediate phone call from Telsco's Security Team quickly resolves my error.We have continued to have Telso update our system with new key pads, armed screens, video surveillance infrared cameras and our newest install, electronic door locks so my disabled wife can unlock and lock the doors after her caregivers have visited.For the times that service is required, Telsco can often handle it from their end but when unable, their service rep. is usually in my driveway before I even begin to worry about it. It is their incredible eye to detail and their service of which I am most proud to recommend.Perhaps there are cheaper, I don't know but to be fair, when it comes to solid security for my family, the word cheaper just does not fit. You can shop with Telsco confidently not only for their installation but, all of the back up that exists and you hopefully will never have to use. Sleep easy knowing that your family is safe because Telsco has them covered!
