Kim and Les really helped us out. Kim was attentive and troubleshooted what she could over the phone and when it was determined that an onsite technician would be needed, worked with me to ensure one was sent around my schedule. Once onsite, Les was able to get the issue resolved quickly. Both members of the team were professional and knowledgeable; a true credit to the company.

I needed assistance with retrieving footage, and resetting some of my information with our portal and location cameras. Ali was MOST helpful and patient with me, as we navigated my issues together over the phone. Ali even had the courtesy to call back the following day, just to make sure I was able to complete what was required, and to see if I had any more questions. We have always had great customer service with Telsco and would definitely recommend them as a security/alarm provider.
