Telsco came and installed a new alarm panel today. We are very happy with the service provided by Shamsur and Chintan. They were courteous and professional and did a very good job of thoroughly explaining the new system to us.

Telsco handled the security system upgrade ina very professional and timely manner. The onsite techs. removed the old controller and installed the new panel cleanly. They were patient in explaining the new system's features and addressing my privacy concerns. Thank you Chase and to his colleague. I'm afraid I can't recall the other gentleman's name.

Shamsur and Erik did my alarm update today and they were very professional. Very respectful and kind. Explained what they were doing when I asked. At the end of the service, I think was Shamsur, he helped me open a Telsco app. He showed me what to do and all the things this app will do. Shamsur made sure that I understood the app. Very kind. Both men were kind and caring.

I recently had Telsco Security Systems installed, and it was good. They were punctual, respectful, and provided quality work. Good cable management too. The team took the time to thoroughly explain how the software works. I haven't had any issues with them. Thanks for the great service.
